All of the staff is always great always eager to help. I started there working with Debbie who is fantastic. I’m sorry she passed still think about her often. "When my husband was injured in an accident, I reached out to Micheal Duval to assist. After delaying for 1 weeks while medical bills piled up, he finally responded that the policy had been dropped and then hung up on us. I called him back and pleaded with his associate to speak with him because I have receipts from paying the policy for years. I FINALLY got in touch with corporate who indicated he was wrong, and they sorted the claim. Not sure what is going on there, but obviously things are on decline. I’d look for a different agent. Do not give business to an open bigot like Duval."

"I cannot recommend Michael Duval for insurance. In the nearly 2 years that I’ve been with State Farm , it has been nothing but a hassle. When I recently got a Renewal bill, I mentioned that the cost had significantly increased once again. For reference, my premium is 60% higher than it was when I started two years ago. In that time, I’ve had no accidents, no tickets, so there’s no reason that it should increase that substantially. Despite multiple requests to investigate, Michael did nothing. If you are looking for expensive insurance with no customer service, then Michael’s your guy. If you think you may need an email response within two years, Then you should look elsewhere. For reference, I got a better (i.e. more coverage) policy with Geico at a cost half of what Michael quoted me. I understand market factors dictate premiums, but why is EVERY single competitor lower? Truth is, this guy failed to investigate. How do I know? I request a quote from SF website, I get a rate comparable to what GEICO offered me. I’m not sure why you have treated me with such disrespect from the start. But I’ll go."
