"When my husband was injured in an accident, I reached out to Micheal Duval to assist. After delaying for 1 weeks while medical bills piled up, he finally responded that the policy had been dropped and then hung up on us. I called him back and pleaded with his associate to speak with him because I have receipts from paying the policy for years. I FINALLY got in touch with corporate who indicated he was wrong, and they sorted the claim. Not sure what is going on there, but obviously things are on decline. I’d look for a different agent. Do not give business to an open bigot like Duval."
