Without repeating all the accolades from the five star reviews I reviewed; I would concur with each and every one of them. Mike Duval and his well trained staff have always been there to meet my needs. I have 5 cars, an umbrella policy, fire and home, riders, etc., so I took the time to read the worst google reviews first; and I found them to be wholly inaccurate, exaggerated and obviously misinformed. Customer service is #1 in this office. I don't know if I pay the lowest rates in insurance cost; but I can state that with claims that were submitted over all those years, every single incident was handled without issue and to my satisfaction. I also consider myself to be a difficult customer... Mike also works hard to represent me with corporate, if need be (at a minimum he gets answers to my detailed questions!). Corporate "is what it is", and he can only move the boulder so far in some cases!"
